Preface
I worked on this manual almost a year. During these months, I revised it for several times because of changes in cataloging concepts and rules. With publication of the new revision of AACR2 and its implementation by the Library of Congress, the situation became more stable. So, I revised the manual again to be sure that it has not contradicted to the national practice and decided that now is a time for the next step -- to present the manual to my colleagues in Technical Services.
