Faculty and staff attended a "Lunch and Learn" presentation of the database, Web of Science, on October 10 from 12:00-1:30 PM in the RSC Ballroom. Sponsored by Thomson Scientific, WSU University Libraries, and WSU Center for Teaching and Research Excellence (CTRE), this vendor presentation included a free box lunch and a drawing for a $100 American Express Gift Cheque. Attendees learned  how to use this interdisciplinary research tool in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences to track citations to published research (including your own) and to discover the impact of the work of WSU faculty on the global research community. If you were not able to attend, but would like copies of the handouts distributed at the workshop, please contact cathy.moore-jansen@wichita.edu.
