E-Reference Collection

Links to electronic reference collections. Some are freely accessible to all users from all locations; others are restricted to WSU faculty, staff, and students from off-campus locations.  (Reminder: There are also many important print reference works available in the Reference area on the first floor of Ablah Library and at the Music and Chemistry branch libraries.) General E-Reference
Links to quality Web resources that provide quick answers to basic, factual questions on a variety of topics. Most resources are freely accessible to anyone, regardless of affiliation with WSU.

Specialized E-Reference
Links to important online reference works -- dictionaries, directories, and encyclopedias -- purchased by the library in specific academic fields. Off-campus access to most of these resources is restricted to WSU faculty, staff, and students.
