2006 WSU LIBRARIES SURVEY ON ELECTRONIC AND PRINT
COLLECTION
For
WSU Faculty, Staff, and Students
Please
fill out and submit this survey by Feb 15th, 2006
Welcome to the WSU Libraries Survey on
Electronic and Print Collections for WSU affiliated users. We would like
your feedback on 1) the importance of
print and electronic formats for journals and other resources and 2) how
you
access and use electronic resources. We hope that you will take the
approximately 10 minutes needed to fill out
this online survey. Your
responses will help guide the Libraries’ review of how we provide
information resources to
faculty and students in all disciplines.
The 2006 survey is a revised version of
the 2003
survey. The
results the survey conducted in 2003 are posted on the WSU Libraries' Web site.
The 2006 survey results will also be posted. Please forward any questions or additional comments to
Cathy Moore-Jansen,
Coordinator of Collection
Development.
Important: You will
not be identified in any way with the information obtained from the
survey. You are under no
obligation to participate in this study.
Completion of this survey online will be taken as evidence that you have
read
the information provided above, have voluntarily decided to
participate, and consent to having your responses
included in the
survey. Please feel free to print a copy of this statement for your
records.
