INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING THE CITRIX SERVER WINDOWS CLIENT

You must download the Citrix ICA Client for remote access to this database on the Library's Network Launcher. To install the Citrix Windows Client, please follow the following instructions:

  • Click here to begin the process of installing the Citrix Windows Client. This download process may take several minutes.
  • You will be asked to choose to open or save the file. Choosing  the SAVE option will allow you to place the file on your computer's hard drive.

  • Remote users will be asked to enter a Shocker ID and PIN to proceed.
  • Once connected, you will see a series of icons for databases available on the Network Launcher. Click on the icon for the database you want to access.
