Faculty Carrel Policy

Library carrels are provided to Wichita State University faculty to facilitate research involving the use of  library materials.  Faculty must apply each semester if they wish to have access to a carrel for that semester.  Applications are available at the Library Circulation desk or online at http://library.wichita.edu/circulation/fcaform.pdf.  Priority is given to those faculty members engaged in specific research projects.  Any carrel not being used regularly may be reassigned.  

All library materials in the carrel must be checked out to a faculty member.  Materials not checked out will be removed periodically by the Circulation Department staff.  

In compliance with campus policy, smoking is no longer allowed anywhere in the library
