WSU DATABASES Full list of Databases by Subject Engineering Village 2 / Compendex--Collection of engineering databases. Compendex indexes engineering and applied science journals and conferences from 1970 to the present. Fields of engineering most heavily covered include: chemical, computers, applied physics, electronics and communication, civil, and mechanical engineering (help guide). ABI/INFORM via Firstsearch--Abstracts of business and management journal articles from 1971 to the present. Some fulltext is available. Ergonomics Abstracts--Abstracts from journals, books, reports and conference proceedings in the fields of ergonomics and human 1985 to the present (help guide).
SELECTED REFERENCE SOURCES 2003 Annual Book of ASTM Standards— The first part of Volume 00.01 is a subject index. The back of the volume is an alphanumeric list of ASTM standards (Reference Index Table 19). CFR (Code of Federal Regulation)—50-volume set updated annually that codifies regulations issued by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government (i.e., OSHA, EPA, etc.). The latest year, index and supplements are available in Government Document Reference (call no. AE2.106/3:21/P.1). Miscellaneous Reference Sources—The Engineering reference section is the T’s. Reference sources include handbooks, dictionaries, directories, etc. on a variety of engineering fields.
SELECTED INTERNET RESOURCES EEVL--Internet guide to engineering, mathematics, and computer science on the Web: fulltext e-journals, UK engineering sites, newsgroups, etc. Includes search/browse features.
