IEEE Explore offers a search interface that indexes IEEE journals/magazines, conference proceedings and standards. Citations only are available for articles published before 1998, all conference proceedings, and all standards. q netLibrary—E-book collection. Many computer science and software titles available for viewing online. May search in netLibrary or WSU Online Catalog.
